Nilanjana Memorial nursing academy is getting to be the pioneer of nursing colleges under the leadership of Dr. Jonaki Pal, Founder, Secretary of the reputed institution. This college is affiliated to West Bengal University of Health Sciences, West Bengal Nursing Council under the Gov. of West Bengal. The primary objective of the college is to produce the efficient nurse to the society and promote the nurses to be a great citizen to our nation. This nursing programme is based on the sound educational objectives and principles for an effective outcome of the students.
Nilanjana Memorial Nursing Academy is dedicated to lay out the students with the best quality of educational that is centered more on the holistic development of every student by transforming innovative curriculum design, effective teaching methods including simulation learning with all modern teaching aids improving the students intellectual capacity with the help of efficient faculties and with the proper guidance and support of the divergent campus.

Nilanjana Memorial Nursing Academy was established in the year 2022 and is duly approved by the West Bengal Nursing Council (WBNC) and the Indian Nursing Council (INC). The institution operates under the aegis of CAREERNEXT Welfare Society. CAREERNEXT Welfare Society began its journey in 2009 with a strong commitment to nurturing the future of students.

Over the past 17 years, the society has successfully trained and placed more than 20,000 candidates across various sectors. With the growing demand for skilled professionals in the healthcare sector, nursing education has become increasingly important. Recognizing this need, Nilanjana Memorial Nursing Academy was established with a clear vision to contribute to the healthcare system by preparing competent and compassionate nursing professionals. The academy is dedicated to providing quality education, practical training, and holistic development to its students, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet the challenges of the modern healthcare environment.
